Johns Hopkins study ( of over 6200 patients) found that four lifestyle chances reduce the chance of death from ALL CAUSES by 80 % over an eight-year period over those with none of the healthy behaviors.

Drum roll please…….

  1. Mediterranean diet
  2. exercise
  3. normal weight
  4. not smoking
